Each debater will make 3 points.

RULE #2

The Who Would Win match is a random encounter in a neutral location with no prior knowledge of the opponent or time to prepare for the fight.

RULE #3

The debater must stay within the confines of the character’s personality and the exact version of that character has to be specifically stated.

RULE #4

Debaters may only use examples of skills, powers, or weapons that are a long-established part of the character’s continuity. Feats from non-canon crossovers are allowed, but will be given less weight.

RULE #5

The winner of the debate is whomever the judge decides has the best case for defeating their opponent by death, submission, or battlefield removal. And where no attack or threat can be made for at least two minutes.

RULE #6

The Judge is the final arbiter and can disallow or veto any point they feel violates these rules or established logic.
